  1. Where can I find the challenges to earn points?

Once approved, you will receive an email from SponsoredInc.com tset a password. You will then be able to log in and view all the challenges and earn points.

 

  1. How do I submit a post to sponsored inc?

Under the activities tab, select Log Activity. You can then select your chosen activity from the dropdown. You can then submit a screenshot of your post or provide a link that will allow us to verify that the challenge was completed. Your points will be issued when we approve your activity.

 

  1. What items are excluded from the ambassador welcome gift?

  1. Can an adult be an ambassador?

Yes, an adult can be an ambassador for Flybar

 

  1. What kind of content am I supposed to post?

You became a brand ambassador because you love Flybar as much as we do! We just want you to show everyone else why they should love Flybar too! We do have some guidelines to follow when you post. You should receive the Brand Ambassadors Guidelines attached to your first “Welcome to Flybar!” email. If you did not receive one, you can find the guidelines in the Brand Ambassador Hub (https://www.flybar.com/pages/brandambassadors) or in the News section of Sponsored Inc.

 

  1. Where should I be posting?

You can post on any of your social media channels. Posts for some channels may be worth more points than posts on other channels. If you have a platform you are unsure about feel free to contact us directly.

 

  1. Can I do an unboxing video?

Yes! Please feel free to unbox on camera when you get your free gift or purchase/ receive any Flybar products.

 

  1. Can ambassadors be part of the same family?

Yes. There can be multiple ambassadors in the same family, however you will only be able to earn points from one ambassador account unless you sign up individually with separate emails/ social media accounts.

 

  1. Do my kids get two products if they have the same account?

The limit is one gift per account, if you would like more than one gift there needs to be more than one submission to the program with separate emails and social media accounts.

 

  1. Does content count twice if both children are ambassadors?

If two children in the same family are brand ambassadors, their content will only count as two separate activities if they have separate social media accounts and separate Sponsored Inc. accounts.

 

  1. What should I do if I haven’t received an email from Sponsored Inc.?

If you have received a “Welcome to Flybar” email and you haven’t yet been added to Sponsored Inc., let us know when you reply to the welcome email and we will make sure to fix the problem.

 

  1. What is not allowed on posts we do for Flybar?

If you have any questions, you can refer to the Brand Ambassador Guidelines, you were sent with your welcome email. If you don’t find the question to your answer there, email your Brand Ambassador Coordinator. They will be happy to help you out. As a rule of thumb, if you have to question it, it is probably not appropriate. We want to build a great team and we want you to love our toys as much as we do, feel free to be honest, but keep it clean please!

 

  1. What do points get me?

Look through our prize gallery on Sponsored Inc. to find all the prizes and how many points you need to earn to redeem them.

 

  1. Can I be an ambassador if I’m not in the United States?

At this time, Flybar is still building our ambassador program in the United States. For those outside the U.S. wishing to become an ambassador, feel free to submit an application and we will keep it on file as we hope to expand beyond the U.S. soon. In the meantime, engage with us on social media. We love hearing from our #FlybarFam around the world.
